           •     Handling Problems & Conflict;
           •     Improving Employee Performance and Motivation and Team Building;
       • Provide training checklist guide for the positions of front desk representative,          room attendant and basic maintenance engineer, and;
       • Coordinate and track progress of GM Development Program.
