As the Vice President of Operations for Kelco Management & Development, Ashley Schneider oversees and directs the operations of all hotels managed by the company. Ms. Schneider has 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, as well as an extensive, multi-disciplined hotel background.

 Throughout her career, Ms. Schneider has held management roles for various franchise affiliations, such as IHG and Hilton. Her experience includes the development of sales, marketing, operations, and customer service strategies for hotel operations. With her extensive knowledge of the industry, Ms. Schneider is able to effectively lead and manage teams to deliver outstanding results.

 Prior to her current role, Ms. Schneider served as a Regional Director of Operations, as well as in General Manager and Assistant General Manager positions for more than 20 years. Her hands-on experience in these roles has given her a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of hotels and the skills to successfully manage and improve them.
