Kelly Spillett Slay is the Executive Vice President of Kelco Management & Development. Playing a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the company, Mrs. Slay directs the company's vice presidents and manages all operational and administrative matters.

 Mrs. Slay holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology/Business from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Following law school, she worked as an associate attorney in the Miami office of NY-based firm Kelley, Drye & Warren.

 After several years as a commercial litigator, Mrs. Slay decided to combine forces with her father and husband, and in 1996, Kelco Management & Development was born. With her legal background and experience in business management, Mrs. Slay has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success.
