Megan Slay Bosley is the Director of Human Resources at Kelco Management & Development, where she oversees all aspects of risk management and HR systems. Her responsibilities include handling employee relations, recruiting and retention, onboarding executive staff members, and ensuring compliance with regulations, brand standards, and legal requirements.

Megan graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Hospitality Management and Psychology. She has also earned certificates in Human Resources Essentials and Hotel Operations from Cornell University. Her education, combined with her professional experience, gives her a deep understanding of human resources and how to effectively manage and develop teams.

Before joining Kelco Management & Development, Megan worked as Project Manager for The Monique Burr Foundation. She joined the company alongside her grandfather, parents, and sister and brings a unique family perspective to her role. Megan is dedicated to ensuring a positive and supportive workplace culture at Kelco, which in turn contributes to the success of the company and its employees.
