As the Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Kelco Management and Development, Ray Hobbs oversees the operations of the hotels managed by Kelco. With more than 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Hobbs brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

 Mr. Hobbs has extensive experience in all hotel-related disciplines, having served in management roles for global hotel brands such as Hilton, Starwood, InterContinental Hotel Group, and Clarion Hotels. Throughout his career, Mr. Hobbs has developed sales and marketing programs, revenue management strategies and operating protocols to optimize revenue benchmarking, cost efficiencies, and profitability growth.

 Prior to joining Kelco in 2007, Mr. Hobbs served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Divi Resorts, where he directed and led the overall operations for the company's multi-use timeshare resort locations throughout the Caribbean. He has also served as an Asset Manager and Business Analyst for lending institutions and private-ownership hotel groups. He works closely with the company's executive team to develop and implement strategies that optimize the performance of Kelco's hotels and enhance the overall guest experience
